i got no refund for two orders i returned. the company claims that they have refunded the mony but i mailed them my bank statement which clearely shows no refund. also to my other order the said it was a delay becoz of riots in j and k and the amount will be refunded soon in 3 days. now its been two months to both the orders but no step has been taken. they are big cheats. serious measures should be taken to curb such frauds.
