Name of company/service: Digaaz

Complain against – The online store called ( digaaz e commerce or www.digaaz.com ) Chandigarh based co. They sell original luxury products like bags, sunglasses, belts etc. of all the high-end brands at 1/4 of the actual price. (this is what they claim but actually all the products are fake)

We called DIGAAZ through our mobiles from Mumbai, we surfed their website and Facebook page also, we selected the 2products ie. GUCCI BAG & LOUIS VUITTON BELT worth 35000rs, we asked them if these products are really original and genuine, they said yes all the products are 100% original and authentic and genuine, but we were not convinced, so their sales girl ishika told us that if u find the product to not be genuine or fake they we will refund the money back the money in 12 hours, they have also mailed us the same. they also said that the amount will credited to our account if we are not satisfied with the product. this is also in the mail, so we got the delivery,when we got the delivery from FedEx, according to FedEx rules we cant open the parcel unless and until we pay them the full amount. payment terms COD so we left with no choice we paid the full amount and took the parcel, we saw the bag and belt and thought its fake so to confirm that we went to the Gucci and louis Vuitton store in mumbai, they showed us the original bag and belt, we kept both the products fake and original together, and we were shocked to see that the bag and belt we called were FAKE /COPY/DUPLICATE . so then we called them to say that we found your product to be fake plz refund our money 35000rs as they said in mail and on phone cals. so now they are saying that get a letter from the respective stores saying that these products r fake and we will refund the money, we asked the stores managers but they said no they don’t entertain such acts. they have also not given us the bill, authenticity card for both products , (which they said they will), now they are saying its not our product, keeping us on hold, talking slang etc. please help us to get our money back and put these guys behind bars for fooling people.

    Guys i dont think so. I have purchased quite a bit from them. Im not related nor i care but whats the truth must be said. I have purchased pens from them and gifted also. I also went to the extent of getting their geneunity checked. THEY WERE AUTHENTIC. I wouldn’t like to comment on your experience but wanted to share mine.

    Having the experience of buying apparels online, I had made up my mind not to buy any clothes online. I had always seen that sites do not provide items which they display. Once I ended up seeing a product online on Digaaz.com and was tempted to buy it, I ordered and was so delighted to see them deliver.

    I was very very happy with the product and felt so glad I shopped at Digaaz. Then I started ordering many items. the delivery guys were so courtiers. Once I Ended up ordering a Pair of Loafers but the same came in a damaged Gucci Box. I informed them the same and a new box was sent to me without any delay.

    I give a thumbs up for digaaz.com and wish they continue the same exceptional service.

    This is a fake website and the responses posted in favor of the website are also via paid PR – I am getting the IP addresses verified. It is a matter of time till such companies are shut down. In the meanwhile, avoid – they are good first copies but NOT original. I’ve heard a lot of complaints have been lodged against Digaaz, so don’t worry.

    I ordered Hermes Calfskin Leather Silver – Tone H Buckle Belt – Orange Reversible Black and Chrome Hearts Sunglasses got the delivery within 24 hours, I think it was some dream that next working day I got my order. Service is awesome. Highly recommended to all my friends. What an awesome website. God bless. All in all it was a very good experience.

    If u take a look at some of the products, you will see that they are fakes. Some of the watches that they have shown, the company does not even make the watches in these colours. I refuse to believe that companies like Rolex/Breguet etc will sell a 15,00,000 rupee watch for 1,00,000 or less. They would rather throw them away than kill the branding with such low prices!! By the way, it is common knowledge that Louis Vuitton burns all of its old stock and does not have any clearance sale/discounts ever!!!

    Bought some items from them vide order number 100018656-1,
    Had a few doubt and got it checked from a company showroom in Delhi and they told me the products are knockoffs.
    Contacted the company but the quality team does not reply back. Sent them all the proof that the products are fake and either replace with original or return money back, no reply.
    Sent a letter to chandigarh to both the directors of the company with the complaint , the letter came back wit noting no such person or company at this place. showing that they have got fake registration done.
    Anybdy who talks highly of their product should go to a dealer of the product and get it verified, atleast I had the balls to do it.

    I have shopped with Digaaz.com three times till date and it has not let me down at all. Very good discounts and authentic products. Even the customer support team is very prompt and responsible.

    Once I had some issues with Fed Ex people and I wrote about it to Digaaz.com. They were supposed to reply me within 24 hours but to my surprise, I got a call within the next few hours and the person on the call was also very polite.

    Just wish there were some loyalty program introduced for the regular customer and some good discounts for the first time buyers.I would say that people can place their orders without any risk.I think every online shop should learn about customer satisfaction from Digaaz.

    I ordered 2 products and this was my first time using Digaaz.com. I must say they did a great job, I received both my items on time with no problem at all. Infact as I was going out of town they even changed the delivery date according to my convinience. I am surely ordering again from Digaaz. Great site for online shopping.

    I have done 5 orders till now with Digaaz and very satisfied with all of them. All the products are 100% original and it is exactly the same as seen in the website. They have very good discount on most of the products. If we compare with other website this have best discounts. They have amazing service. I didn’t like the product of my 4th order and they replaced it without any hassle.
    I highly recommend Digaaz. Just try once and you will see the difference.

    Sometime back I came across the Facebook page of Digaaz.com which was really very well maintained and thus tempted me to discover this untried field of Online Shopping for Designer apparels and accessories.
    Recently, I have shifted my base and have been staying in Mumbai away from my parents for further studies. I am working part time as well as studying and hence I have some expenditure constraints. But I was astonished looking after the discounts offered by Digaaz.com on their wide list of brands. They had an extensive collection of the world’s leading designer brands which left me wanting for more because of the unbelievable discount offers.
    I was very tempted to buy from them and I gave in. They have so many offers and discounts that people like me will just find it hard to avoid. This month I bought a new watch at an unbelievable 40% discounted price.
    I just love visiting their website daily to keep checking about the new products as I always desire for outstanding Designer brands. I would have loved a quicker delivery from them, but as long as they are giving quality products at low prices, I don’t have a problem. I just love shopping from Digaaz.com and I recommend it to all my family and friends.

    Mesmerized by attractive offers on Digaaz.com I ordered clothes worth Rs 25000 and the very next day what I came across was all bad-> worse-> worst reviews on Digaaz.com. I had almost lost all d hope on getting my shipment in good condition. After reading the reviews I was expecting

    The quality will be bad

    It will take ages to receive the shipment

    I will not get all 3 products at same time

    I will have to return the products or will have to suffer loss of money

    Size will be incorrect

    But to my utter surprise.Guess what.

    When I was back from office .my dad shouted at me.”How many things you have ordered”?(he doesn’t like my online shopping)

    I was scared to open package as I had thought I will hide it from my parents as it will not be good and parents would scold me;)

    I opened the package and I found

    -All 3 things

    -Good quality

    -I ordered on 27th Jan and got on 1st feb

    I don’t have to return;):):)

    This was my first experience with Digaaz.com and not sure if I was lucky or they have improved;):)

    My best friend shops most of the things from Digaaz.com and keeps on telling me to at least give a look to its website. When I visited Digaaz.com website for the first time I have to say that collection is just amazing. The website colorful, pleasing and is so easy to navigate. What surprised me most was their wide variety of products. They had products from all the big names even the products not available in Indian market. Their handbag and watch collection for men and women is broad and includes a wide variety of styles and looks. There is a wedding anniversary of my in-laws this month and I have decided to gift them classy watches from digaaz.com.Purchasing gift is really a tough decision but now I think I made it!

    I am compulsive shopper. I have been buying on this site, digaaz.com for now almost 7 months and I am quite satisfied with their products and services.What started as a new experience has become an addiction.

    In fact people in my office too can be heard discussing whats on sale today at 11 am sharp, when the sale for the day begins.

    I have bought handbags, shades, watches and loads of accessories from the site.

    For people like me who have the money but no time to step into a mall, this site is tailor made for me. There are other sites too on the same lines, but Digaaz.com is stylish and classy.

    Highly recommended.

    I have always been a fanatic when it came to shopping online, right from the time ebay set foot in India. However, now whichever direction you set forth – some website or the other hits you in the face like Mohammed Ali in his prime.

    The other day, I had ordered an Chanel Bag from Digaaz.com and they kind of changed my opinion on online shopping from Indian shopping. Contrary to the many reviews here I actually went against, these guys are pretty good.

    The usability of the website is simplistic and over-ridden by techie madness! Seriously! The customer care lines were not busy, when I panicked after I paid up for my Bag – All they did was soothe and calm. All in all, it was a nice experience.

    However, all said and done 9days for a delivery is a bit of a test on the patience. If Digaaz.com could settle that issue, I’d see them giving a lot of people a run for their money.

    I prefer shopping from the internet as I don’t have much time to go out and shop the whole day. When I read the reviews about Digaaz.com I had mixed feelings. There were many good and bad reviews

    But I thought it was worth a try so I made 2 purchases. And contrary to many of the reviews, I found my shopping experience quite pleasant.

    The products delivered were genuine and of good quality. I took the ‘cash on delivery option’. I would suggest that customers use this method so there is no risk. The delivery could have been quicker; I mean it took about 7-8 days to get what I had ordered.

    Considering the variety and sheer number of options they have, I would most likely shop from Digaaz.com again.

    I have purchased many things from Digaaz.com including clothes, watches and accessories.

    I have very much impressed with the quality of products and service offered by them.

    I felt a bit disappointment with one of the courier facility they are using as it made delay for the delivery of goods more than the normal service days.Except the above I am very much satisfied with their service.

    bought two jackets from the digaaz.com which they proclaim to be worth of 12000 rupees but selling for 1400 rupees or so,items which i received were of good quality fabric lacking high end product finishing(i know what should be the quality of high end fashion garment as my father manufactures the same for international brands)…in short the website is selling fake products, a case should be file against them for frauding public

    Digaaz is just fake and cheating people recently i bought a watch from them and its a fake watch, i have been after them but they are chasing me and i have been mentally tortured by them , its all fake thier names their numbers addresses everythging is fake. Please avoid Digaaz they have their one site explorebrands and watchcartz many more.! Do not buy anything from them , i will make sure to bring them behind the bars soon.
    And guys if you say you are happy customers then let me correct it its not happy we are foolish customers because LV would burn out the stock but never sale it so cheap and so others.!!

    This website is selling all fake designer brands for a dirt cheap price, I ordered 2 Dior bags from them and both of them turned out to be fake , when you tell these people they say please get it authenticated from the brand store and when I did that too and gave them the email proof they still were not ready to accept that the bag is fake and it’s been over a month and all they gave me back was store credit instead of my money back to again order more fake products. So it is pointless talking to them or expecting any money in return. So my thought is that the only solution is to actually sue them and if these luxury brands also get together and try them in court would be an absolute conclusion. The case of piracy and intellectual property fraud and copyright infringement should be registered against them.These people need to be taught a lesson in life and shut shops like these online and who spoil reputations of brands and online shopping all together

    I purchased 2 Breitling watches from Digaaz.com, I was assured that they were genuine and authomatic, instead they are a fake and with a ceap Quartz movement I paid in Total 36893.14 rs. I have sent letter to them that I intrend to take them to the Consumer Court. The Invoice received is not from them but from Magento. Digaaz is using Magento letter head, it is a complete fraud and cheating from both company. They are laos using facebook and in that they delete all the adverse report and it show that they have 100% honest rating. They should be sent to jail for fraud and cheating, I will do my best. Please send forwards the following message, this is the only way to stop them or others that think they can cheat in India.

    I am also a victim at Digaaz, Kindly please help me get my refund of my cash. I have brought a rolex watch which they said is original. Is a fake product, i have confirmed the same with the original store of rolex and they say that they do not sell their watches online and only the servicing of the watch will cost anywhere between 50000/- then how can anyone get the watch for 60 thousands which is worth 15 lacs to 17 lacs. Kindly please help me and make these company shut their operations for duping people by saying that all the products are genuine.

    Someone email to me the website and got excited on reviewing the watches.. I also called the hotline and got good response.. I challenged them about the watches and they kept insisting that these are real watches.. Was tempted to place an order , but when I reviewed and read DR thomas story , I was shocked . i cant blieve how luck I was by not placing an order..

    Dont go for smaller scamsters.
    Best is to reach out Delivery guys. Since they are part of the party in bringing and distributing FAKE SCAM goods to your door.
    You should lodge a complaint with and against FEDEX as well.
    Idea is not to get Fedex into trouble
    BUT Once Fedex is roped in they will have big Logistic problems .
    Plus FEDEX being a multinational will try to protect its own ass by going after real scamsters. Since they know all locations on file where the goods are coming from etc etc

    the watchcatz are a fake like Ashwini gupta i too am stuck with a fake and i sent it back now they have blocked my calls , so i got to use a different phone or cell phone to call them every time and its the same story , to get alter from a authorised store.. I am going to take them to court or else spend a little more and take out a advert in the news paper about this company .

    All The good comments to the website digaaz and watchcartz are absolutely FAKE as the website. If u see people who have given great rating and thumbs up to the website have all there names in BOLD letters… Looks like someone forgot to switch the CAPS LOCK off…lol!
    Buy branded watches from stores…Not from websites! and Big brand watches have lifetime warranty ..only replicas have limited warranty!

    I was tempted to buy a Rolex watch, than I thought let me check with the showroom guys. Called up their head office in india, mumbai and they said Rolex never does internet sales , only thro their authorised dealer. So pls avoid such sites. And another thing that made me realise they are fake was when I asked who gives them 2 year international warranty, I believe these guys give it, ( watchcartz) now what value does that certificate as when Rolex itself doesn’t recognize such online sellers.so pls don’t go for these fakes, unless u want to boost your ego by believing you are actually wearing an original Rolex watch, for double the cost of what u bought!

    What scam and what ‘bakras’, how can you buy Gold for the price of steel ! you must be really off your minds ! We as Indians never are tired of cheap bargains and get conned in ‘full’, please learn and save your precious money .     Hi guys, this site is sure selling FAKE products. I have not ordered any thing, but just think of it that they are selling watches like Rolex, Patek Phillipe etc which cost more than 10 lakh for 1.6 lakh. They are saying is because these model of watches are old (2010 models).
    They sound very convincing in the phone, but please don’t be stupid to order from them. Also, I’m sure that the positive comments are all rigged (their own employees), after every negative comment, there are positive comments (just to cover up).

    Best thing to do is who ever has got conned call for 2 -3 things on cod n hold the parcel with you n tell the delivery boy to go to local police station n register a complain against you tis is how u can catch hold of those crooks

    I had recently bought a pair of shoes (INR 9000) from this website, after getting delivery I saw that the product was defective and asked them to exchange them for another pair of the similar amount. I have sent them numerous emails and tried calling them many times, initially they replied to my emails saying they are sorry for the delay etc and after that they have simply stopped replying. I am trying to register my complaint against this to the consumer forum, all help will be appreciated.
