I have purchased one Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner from one of the companies namely Tradus.in before 40-45 days. They Tradus sent me the item which was faulty one when i tried to put it on use on the second day of delivery. i mailed them on the very same day to send me the replacement & pick up the faulty one, i am being regularly in touch with them through emails as such they didn’t display there phone no’s on their online shopping site but in no vain. Kindly address my problem as i have already paid amount in full.
