I purchased a one ton LG Air Conditioner from The Electronics Pavillion, LG Shoppe, WZ-300, Jail Road, Janakpuri, New DElhi on 25 May 2012. The machine after installation strated making noise which was checked by the LG service Engineer on 14 June 2012 and called it a demonstartion call. After two days, the AC atopped cooling and stopped working which when complaint said the machine requires replacement of some parts. I requested for repalcement of the entire machine as it was giving trouble from the beginning and defective.
On 5th July the LG said they would refund the money as the machine cannot be replaced.
They came home took my ID proof and bank account details till today there is no news. The shop keeper ( LG show room) is also silent on it.
The machine was purchased for my ailing old parents who are still suffering. The machine did not work and I could not change it as the defective machine is still hung on my window.
the service of LG is poor. I want immediate redressal of my complaint and the loss that I suffered. The purpose of putting the AC for my sick parents went futile.
