BSNL BB INTERNET services are not working since last 3 days from 11/07/2012 till today that is 13/07/2012….without any intimation or any inquiry…peoples in the bsnl office are non respondant even a call to bsnl GM SMBALPUR DIVISION odisha was not worked….these bsnl fellas will charge you despite of not giving service of these days …but bill will be for the whole month….kindly help us to solve the problem….adress
