Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have placed order of Filtering Device and mesh of Tata Swach water filter on 29th of June 2012 via online portal http://www.tataswach.com with the following order id: 29062012-3985. As per the invoice generated they committed to deliver the product within 4 working days but even after a week time I did not received the product. Despite of logging complain to the customer care executive and waiting for another 5 days I didn’t received the product. Moreover the filtering device is not made available in the market by TATA so purchasing the same from the market is not possible. The filtering device has a self locking mechanism by which it locks itself after filtering ‘n’ liters of water. My filter is not working for the last 10 days and I am unable to replace it due to the irresponsible attitude of TATA Swach people. I spoke to the customer care executive yesterday to know when I would get the ordered product and they told me that it is in process and I am required to wait for another three days. Every time I call them I get the same answer. They do not provide any courier/ dealar details either and they say that it shall be delivered by the local dealer.
I am puzzled and disappointed with the kind of service. they charge money in advance but do not deliver the product. I request for strong leagal action along with suitable financial penalty.
