Non refund of air ticket

I had booked a return ticket from Del-Mum (26th Feb,15) and Mum-Del(8th Mar,15) on Oct 23,14 for my son Dr Sushant Soni thru Makemytrip.com vide ID NF2202945710994.
The ticket clearly mentions that it is refundable fare.
Today on 5th March,15, when I tried to cancel the ticket both Makemy trip and Indigo are saying it is non refundable. I have e mail of the ticket which clearly mentions that it is refundable.
This is clear case of harassment and cheating of the customer.
