they did not ship my order after a placement of 15days.

Dear Sir,
I hav placed an order in d website “www.streetstylestore.com” on 19th feb 2015.
but dey didnt ship my order yet… i askd for tracking id. Many a times via email as dey didnt provide ne contact no. Again and again i got d same reply- we are sorry for the inconvenience…
i already paid money for that. Rs.899/=
if you kindly look after this matter, then i shall be greatful to you…
