I Naresh Kr. Bhardwaj (Buyer) purchased one Tablet described as “Ubislate 7Cz with keyboard” from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (Seller) vide Invoice No.: AMNUVO12230814 dt. 23-Dec-2013. The total amount paid by me = Rs.6799/- (Rupees Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Nine only).
After two months of purchase, problems like ‘low battery, battery not charging’ started. I contacted customer care of Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., they gave telephone number and address of their authorized service centre named as ‘Godson Enterprises’ situated at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I went there to get the solution of the problem. Service centre person checked the Tablet and re-load the software. After that, Tablet started charging. After 4-5 days, Tablet again started problem and Hang on Logo during the initialization process.
I again went to the service centre on 26-April-2014 and showed them the problem. They told me that this problem could not be solved at service centre and Tablet must be sent to company for repair. So, I submitted the Tablet at service centre on 26-April-2014 vide Job Sheet No.:LKASCDL019J485. Service centre person told me that, Tablet will be sent to company and it will take approximate 20-30 days time to receive back the ‘OK’ product from the company.
After one month of submission date, when I started the follow-up with service centre, they told me that, they have not received the Tablet back from the company and advised me to contact company’s customer care. When I contacted customer care 3-4 times, they told me to wait for one more week, but till date I have not received any response from company as well as from service centre. I am very much disturbed and confused to what to do?.
Please help me to register my complaint against Datawind Innovation Pvt. Ltd. in consumer forum and help me to get back my tested OK Tablet OR my money back with interest.
