I have booked a Hitachi window air conditioner (model Summer QC) online from Hitachi e shop on 29th May 2014. The entire payment was done on the same day and website had confirmed delivery of product within 15 days. As I was following with them, I had received an e mail on 10th June that the delivery will be done on maximum 5 Days. But till date there is no response from their side. NOw even they are not replying to my e mails.
