I will list down the whole situation in points.
I asked for a pickup at 2 pm on Sunday, but it was delayed by 4 hours. I had a reservation for Pune at 5. I missed it because of this. When I was paying their amount, they wren’t giving me a receipt, just the driver writing on a random piece of paper. I don’t know how your team as well considers this as receipt.
I was on call told that I will receive my stuff within a day but I still didnt care and called after 2 days. You team denied saying this.
On day 4 the courier guy calls and says that i am coming at 10, I was leaving for office, but decided to wait, When i called him around 10:40, he said he didnt leave and might reach at noon. I left and asked him to come in the evening.
I called him twice in the afternoon to confirm his time. He even at 5 pm was confident he is reaching exactly at 6. I called him at 6:30 and then your team and the guy says 7:30 – 8pm. I had prior commitmets so I said, I can’t wait for you. I was told he will come exactly at 10:00 am.
Today, Morning, I,didnt recieve any call, I didnt have the energy to call anyone and argue. AT 10:30 the guy calls, saying he is reaching in 10 minutes. When he came I told him drop stuff here, I will come with you and pay you he denied and said we cant. my colony is very big and I have to travel 1/2 hr altogether to get money. I said either you do this or I go. I was told they will come at 8pm now.
In the evening your team says I have to pay 2K extra for inconvenience caused. Firstly, who is paying me for the inconvenience you guys cause me on pickup day, who is paying me for the inconvenience caused twice yesterday wherein I missed two meetings in the morning. Secondly, isnt it your responsibility to assure I get my things, with the provided quote ? Isn’t this what you assure ?
