I have pay 4000/- for Airtel 4G router. Before activating wifi router 4G I had enquiry to agent about plans. He said that after 4G speed you will get the 150 kbps constant speed & I asked him 3-4 time you telling me 150 kpbs after 4G but if I’ll get the speed about 30-40 kbps after 4G then I’m not interested about Airtel 4G at all. Then he said no no I give you 100% guarantee you’ll get the speed 150 kbps constant.(I have proof what he said) then i activated the WiFi router & now after 4G I getting only 10-15 kbps speed. And I’m trying to call him but he is not receiving my call & texting me I’ll call you later. Then I call to customer complaint they just forwarding my call from he to she to he. This is too much. Now I have too disappointed about Airtel service. They farud with me.
