Non receipt of Railway Pass

I booked a railway pass through IRCTC Website for the Mumbai Local Train from Andheri station to Churchgate station for First Class. The booking was made on June 22nd, 2014 for the effectiveness of the pass to begin from June 25th, 204. However we have still not received it and I had to travel in train today by buying another ticket because my pass was not delivered. the reference no for my booking is 0000832949-IRCTC Mumbai.
