I had taken a Reliance mobile connection 8 days before of plan Rs-899 from a Reliance agent (Name: Sarat, No: 8880316777). Just after one day suddenly my out-going calls stopped at night. On calling to customer care, they told by 6 hour it will active. After 24 hour again I called and get the same answer. Then i visited to Reliance store present at kormangala 80ft road, they are telling this connection is not from our store, so we can’t help. Again i visited to one Reliance store present in forum mall and get the same answer. And the horrible thing is the agent is not picking my call, from whom i had taken the connection.
Finally I decided to stop this connection as they are charging the rental of Rs40 (including tax) per day. When I am calling to customer care on this, they are telling it can’t be deactivated, as this number is barred. So neither they are neither activating my out-going call nor deactivating the service.
I already taken 1 day of leave from office to visit the customer care office and spend Rs-500 in my car for petrol and giving rs-40 per day as rental to Reliance.
So kindly consider this situation and provide me any solution.
