NON PROVISION OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON 2/1/13 WITH THE BILL NO.CAF 17800032393773 FOR THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 2360/-vide ICICI bank,BHUJ cheque.The amount was deducted on 09/1/13 and after giving many calls to authorised agent of reliance,nothing has happened.I have also phoned to the appellate authority on 18/1/13 but nothing has happened.I have given umpteen number of calls to the reliance communication agent,but after deducting my money he is noT responding.Till date connection has not been activated and no reasons given.An early action is requested from your end,as Iam facing unnecessary harrasment.My e mail id is [email protected]
