Name of company/service: Service

I made a purchase of the following contest:
Jan 20th Transaction Id: 10410761 for the value of 699.00
Jan 20th Transaction Id: 10410924 for the value of 398.00
Jan 29th Transaction Id: 10551341 for the value of 399.00
Jan 29th Transaction Id : 10551526 for the value of 699.00
The total value now is Rupees 2195.00
However, i had no response from Svaiza about the status of the contest. The phone number mentioned on the site (Contact number: 08065703741 , 08065363111) for enquiry is not in use. I do not want to place any order online through this site as I read the review that the products sent by this site is of a very poor quality.
Can someone please help me to get my money back.

    Hi,
    Yes Svaiza is a fake site….my Rs.699 is also blocked with them..the site is not working..
