Non proper functioning of electricity board

In my village , electricity bill is not coming according to to meter reading . They are giving reading according to their desire . My family utilizing minimum electricity as we are financially unable to pay high rate bills. We are tired of these frauds. Please help us . They should give the electric bill according to the meter reading.
