I had ordered 7 in 1 multigroom kit of nova from Paytm Order# 778219616 whereas i had received nova 3 in 1 clipper. This is the first and worst shopping experience on PAYTM.I complained about the same. I was told that the product return pickup will be done in 2 days but it’s 5th day and nothing has happened. Also the customer care don’t reply to mails, customer carew number is of no use, shows always busy. Please don’t purchase any product from this company. Its a shameless useless company. I am really feeling harassed by the service of this organization.
