Dear Sir,
I have ordered a phone Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG (Black, with 8 GB) from flipkart on 18th AUG 2014. When I did not get my order till 26th I enquired about my product then they replied that my product has been delivered. They delivered my product to someone else without informing me either through texts or calls on 24th AUG 2014.
I would like to bring this into notice that this was a fault on the part of flipkart and I would appreciate help of any kind.
