again and again deduction of balence after complaning in your forum

hello sir,
my name is sanjeev kumar. i did complain of automatically activation of vas and deduction of balance by reliance gsm on my number 8882470577 in consumer forum because when i was trying to complain on their complaint number(198) they were not pick my call. when my complaint is approved by you then yesterday i got call from you and also got my deducted balance back…BUT still reliance has started same deduction process today they have deducted rs 15 again on fraud basis of vas service.
sir day by day deduction of balance giving more mental pressure on my mind. i am feeling too much frustration and getting sick myself so it’s really a humble request to you that please deal with my concern as soon as possible so i could get my balance back.
