Damanged product reversed shipped but no refund received

Hi,

I have ordered 13335733 from infibeam.com more then 1 and half month back and received completely damaged prodcut. I have shared photograph with them and they had arranged reverse pick up for same. I have sent the product back around one month back and since then I am calling them regularly for my refund and everythime I call them they say it would take 2-3 days and we would get back to you but I did not received any call since last one month. Its frustating. Could you help me on this.
