In June 2012 I booked a tablet ubi slate 7+ at datawind company and paid the amount(2999 rupees) of that tablet by cheque no. 3747413 of Central Bank Of India. At that time they told me that I will get my device in August. Then later they every time told me that my tab will be delivered within a week but since then they haven’t yet delivered my device.
Sir later in the month of Nov 2012 DATAWIND company gave me option to update my order to another tab of higher version naming UBI SLATE 7CI,
and by giving rupees 500 more. Sir I accepted the offer and company ought me to deliver my device within 72 hours of my acceptance of the updated offer. This time they asked me to pay rupees 500 at the time of delivery. Since then I was waiting for my device named UBI SLATE 7 CI.
Sir, days passed by but my device wasn’t shipped to my addressed. Later I got another email from DATAWIND company on 13th dec 2012 which was similar to the previous mail of Nov 2012 that is for updation of tab. But this time they asked to pay more sum of money. This time they were providing UBI SLATE 7 CI for rupees 3999. Hence they asked me to pay rupees 1000 more online.(as I already paid rupees 2999 by cheque). They promised me to deliver my device UBI SLATE 7CI (Aakash 2) tablet in the month of December 2012.
Sir, Dec 2012 has already been passed by but still my device is not yet shipped. I had also written many emails to them asking for delivery of my device but sir each time they told me that my order is in process.
Sir, you are my last resort , please help me in getting my device from DATAWIND COMPANY.
