I purchased an internet data card (MTS Data card)from them on 09/01/2013 and they promised to get it activated within 72 hours. Even after 8 days my activation is not done. I tried to contact them but of no use, they are not even picking up my call or replying to mails. This is really frustrating. The MTS customer care is also not doing anything. These guys promise so many things before selling their product and after selling they don’t even bother to pick up the call or reply the complaints/mails.
