Some of my dearest one send me a courier on 15/07/2014 from your trackon CHANDIGARH agency my AWB No 405118505. Online Status shows that on 19/07/2014 at 13:06 it is OUT FOR DELIVERY, but today is 25/07/2014 and still I am waiting for my courier. I raised a complaint on july 23 and requested them to deliver it ASAP then I received a mail from their customer care department and asked me my address and mobile number. I provide my details to them same day but after that i didn’t received any call, mail or my courier. Even Hisar branch is not picking my calls following are their numbers 9416521015/ 9812578707 / 9812600737 /01662-231100 http://www.trackoncouriers.com/
They are providing Third Class Service & I am requesting others to not use their service
