Name of company/service: Reliance Net Connect Broadband Plus
Hi
I got new relaince Netconnect Broadband + Data card.
1. It got 3 days to get it activated after hell number of calls.
2. Now on activation it is not working properly , service is so poor that a simple application like gmail/talk is not working,
3. also the connection signal get drop in every one minute.
4. On regular complaints, they just replied that they are working on it and then they started sending bills for what I dont knw and now they even discontinued the service, without resolving issue and ang settlement of money.
5. I was told I will receive Goa holiday gift voucher, which also i did Not received.
6. I got mail from Reliance stating that data card is now for Price 1750, but I had to pay 2000/-
I asked for demo before buying it, but your representative said it would be fine in your area that’s why We are saelling it. but I can’t stand it any more.
I want to return the data card and want my money back.
I have been misguided, wrongly informed and cheated on the name of high speed Internet. I want to return it and get my money back.
please refund and collect my data card.
