Disconnection form last many months & no action even after complain in customer care
Name of company/service: Tata Indicom Broadband
This is really bad to say that from last many months I’m having frequently disconnection problems with my Tata Indicom Broadband. I’ve complaint about it many times in their customer care. Every time they register a complain & promise that this would never happen again! & yet I hardly get the connection started again & if I get, it’s just for a few hours only! Then, the same episode repeats!
Every time when I call to customer care, they says either the server is down or the connection is down!! I’ve told them that I’m having all my work online so please do care about these problem. But every time they just register the complain & do false promises! On 16th Sep. 2010 I’ve made a complain that my net is not working & then I’m following them daily but even by today the net is not working!

I’m a freelancer & having all my work online. I’m having all my clients from foreign countries & I do need to work from night many time! I’m suffering a lot with this poor service! I’m paying Rs. 830 every month to the company just to suffer with disconnection problems & then waiting for their solutions!
This time I’m not going to ask for any solution as I know I’ll never get it! I have had enough now! THIS TIME I’M NOT GOING TO PAY A SINGLE BUCK IF MY CONNECTION WILL NOT START BY TODAY EVENING & WILL SUE THE COMPANY IF IT WILL HAVE ANY DISCONNECTION PROBLEM IN FUTURE!
