No Response Against complaint in Reliance

We are not able to see the TV channels due to the technical error(signal lost). so we call on the customer care no. and register our complaint on 8-aug-2015 at 11:10.am.
My “Service Request No. is 236319547” and they assure me that their technician will come and solve the problem within next 48 hrs.

On 10-aug at 12:09 pm, we called them again and they replied “i am forwarding you complaint to their seniors for not visiting you at the given time period” shortly you will get response”.

Same thing happened on 11-aug also. And now on 12th and 13th aug they are not receiving our calls. their computer is saying, all their executives are busy and will take your call in few minutes, but it didnt happened.
morning , afternoon or evening , whenever we call same thing happened it again and again.
