I have today call the customer care for only details of my bill, firstly I had called two times but they said that ICRM application is down so i have to call after 1 hour so i called again to customer care now i asked to him that “IS YOUR ICRM IS WORKING OR NOT” so Mr.Swapnil (CCE) is saying i cannot tell that, I dont know what customer care is he. Today is that last date for submit the bill, and in my bill Rs.210 is added extra. and i am not going to pay that.
so i request you to call him and just fire that CCE from vodafone so that in future the customer has not problem like that.
