Fake and threatning calls from Delhi High court – Tata Docomo Photon Plus Fraud

Hi,

I have been receiving fake call from recovery agents of Tata Tele services regarding paying up of false bills that they sent me few months back. I had an unlimited plan with tata photon and they kept sending me amount larger than my exact bill which I should have received.

The funny thing is that they sent the exact amount of bill every month. In the first few months they sent me bill as per my plan so I had no problems in paying it but when they started doing this I stopped their services and asked for clarification. They never sent me the corrected bill which I was willing to pay.

I am an IT professional I freaking keep tabs of every MB of data that I use dammit!

Then they showed their true colors, first I received a call from patiala court saying he is an advocate and some person has filed a case against me and I have to pay the bill within one hour or I will have to suffer the consequences. This happened quite a few times and I finally said tell me your fu*&^$ name and I will personally see what the hell you are talking about, I asked for name and address he refused. I blocked that number after this.

Then after few months I got a call from a woman saying she is from Tis hazari court and someone has filed a case against me …Again!!! I just disconnected her call as I knew she was a fake as I personally have no business Delhi and to the firm she was referring to. This is the number +917065501725 that she called me from. Though she was a women, she got some mouth on her as she used abusive language.

Now I have reached my limits and wanted to know let tata tele services, I will file a case for harassment against you. I have already talked to my lawyer this and I am willing to go to great lengths to make you pay. Get ready for it, now you will get to know what real case looks like. I have also contacted various newspapers and sent them the exact copy of this message, I am just waiting for their reply.

Also I am going to take them on through every social media platform so that people know what scam these companies are running these days.

If anyone of you guys have suffered from same problem, I would recommend not to panic as they can’t do anything. This is just a pressure tactics used by telecom companies mainly for recovering the money which they don’t deserve from consumers like me and you.

    Hello! This is Swaroop.. after having requested for a cancellation, they continued to generate bills every month. I don’t understand this at all. One guy at first called me from Patiala House court (My truecaller definitely caught hold of him stating that he’s from nowhere else but Tata Docomo) and then another guy called me today ( True caller showed Delhi Court). I’m scared. What should I do? Did you have to pay all the money? Please reply.

    i too got such calls for just a photon number which i already requested to be stopped the services for. When received a call mentioning Delhi Police i really wondered as I am not a criminal. Though I was right and Tata here was wrong for invoicing me for the services I am not using and wrong as sending threatening calls. AS it was a small amount I paid as i cannot afford to loose on my repute. and got the receipt on my email of payment. But yes I am defiantly looking for the persons who called and complaint against them as after been the payment made they are now disconnecting my phone calls rather they should furnish me the NOC

    I too received called from 099113 39836 from Delhi, The women said some batra has filed a complaint against you, File has come to me, and talk to this person 099113 39857 regarding complaint, or I will send the complaint to the court, and you will need to pay 32k then, I said I wll call him, and then I searched on internet regarding this, I found your post, I blocked them both, I no need to worry na?

    I too received the same call from Patiala Court, the advocated told me a fraud case for 40,000 has been registered in my name, then in the same phone call the amount was increased to 50,000. I disconnected and blocked the number, he called me 4/5 times after that as well.
    I never heard that the advocate from the opponent party calls to inform about case, this was fake for me from the beginning and I recorded the whole funny conversation to drag TATA DOCOMO for customer harassment.

    Same story with me almost 2 months back. Did anyone filed a consumer case? I feel the harassment goes in a very large number and there are quite a few comments you can see in different sites. But looks like TATA is not taking any action against these third party collection agents as they are getting revenue. I see comments started from 2013 and still going on !!!!!
