I have ordered for two micromax A116 HD cell phone from myvirtualplaza.com on monday 11th feburary 2013. I have pay Rs 29998 from my HDFC debit card and my order number is MVP0029540. The website claim to deliver order in 1-3 working day, but after 5 day i am not received any order from them. And when i start to track my order in their website, its shows a status on under progress. I tried calling on their customer care number but most of the numbers are swithed off most of the time, and others are just rining without any answer from other side.
I also tryied to contact from email ID but no reply was received till now.
I request you to look into this matter and take any legal action against this type of company.
so, that no one like me will face this situation any more.
