i placed an order(order no. 2227927) of hair straightener on 11th of January,2013. It was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 business days but its more than a month and i have not received my product yet. I have called them several times as well as emailed them but every time they ask for 3-4 days. Please help me on this. i am very much disappointed.
