No refunding of extra deducted EMI

Location/place: LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI, INDIA

Name of company/service: bajaj finserve lending

I was financed a LCD through BAJAJ FINSERVE LENDING, In the last 2 EMIs of Rs. 875 each, I paid it through ONLINE PAYMENT one time of Rs. 1750 on 10/05/2012. but the company again deducted my EMI on 05/06/2012.
User ID-6312770
NAME- AMEER FAISAL
even they told that Refund Cheque of Amount Rs.875/- has been dispatched on 27 June 2012 with AWB No. 46012317164.
But Still I am waiting for Refund Cheque. and they are not responding
