misleading information about fees

i enrolled in times job this month. they quoted their service charges as rs.3000.after making this payment a further demand of rs. 1750 was made which was not told earlier.i asked them that it was the final payment they said yes it is the final payment.and said that that 1750 would be the amount for educational verification ,without it cant be further processed ,i want justification for my money .
