On 30th june 2012 my phone deactivated at about 12.15pm.Immediately complaint with Airtel counter at Mayapuri was lodged under complaint no44463392.I was informed at the counter that a new SIM card on my fake ID has been issued that is why your phone got deactivated.I was issued new SIM card after varification of my ID and service were restored at about 4 PM.Even after resuming services my incoming calls were diverted to a different no which got cancelled with the help of Airtel.Since than i am constantly in touch with Mr.Ramesh customer care head but no response rather they have closed investigation at their end as informed by Mr.Ramesh.
During all this,an amount of Rs.1,35,500
has been withdrawn thru net banking from my A/c no 0649000101314814 of PNB sainik vihar pitampura Delhi branch.Since my phone was out of service for 4hrs i did’nt recd.any SMS alert from my Bank for the withdrawl.Total money was withdrawn in 11 transactions on 30th june.Balance of 412.06 was left in the A/c there by dishounering the cheques issued causing immense reputation to my image.

You are therefore requested to recover the hard earned money from the company along with the damages.I shall be highly obliged.
