no good response

Sir,
i have recharged my cell phone with Rs.220/- on line paid through my credit card but balance were not come to my account when i have been contacted customer care number of times they were giving me irrelevant answers.please tell me what to do. They were telling me they were not hearing me after knowing all my details. help me please.
