concern regarding balance deduction on my TATA DOCOMO number 9219666611
I recharge of Rs.48 on 25-May-2013 from my handset
And reserved this massage: – “Hi, Data Pack of Rs.48 has been activated through EVD.Enjoy 1.5 Gb free 1x usage for 21 days .pack is auto-renewable. To un subscribe, sms unsub 48 to 58265”
And I never unsubscribe this pack ..means after 21 days pack of Rs 48 is auto renew . and I only check my email on Monday June 17, 2013 .and deduction my all balance approx 105 Rs and negative- charges Rs. 205.94 .
In 5 minute approx 300 rs charges . tata customer care representative can’t told me in witch plans cut 5 minute/300 Rs . How is it possible whenever my balance goes zero I am not able to call but in internet it goes in negative
and when 48 RS auto renew activated..
Please waiver all my negative Balance .i think it’s a mistake in your system .
