No getting support Within warranty

I ve purchased a 25 ltr Usha verve water geyser but it is not working from the very first day ,two times I’ve registered complain in USHA to resolve this but still problem persists. Last visit of technician was in December 2015 n then prolem was not resolved , since then no body visited, when I’m calling in customer Care of USHA they show no response in it…

Please suggest
