I am writing this compaint regarding L&T Finance.
I have Purchase Honda Activa in the Month of Apr 2015 by L&T Finance.At the first time i provided cheque for the payment and then they have done ECS facility for monthly EMI.
After then 2 times ECS was rejected automatically even there was sufficient balance in my bank account.Now i have paid fully amount.All the EMI are clear.Now i am going for NOC letter to theirs office and they are asking us for Penalty amount for ECS bounce,which was not my fault.They denied for NOC letter.monthly EMI amount was Rs.3170
