No delivery of item after confirm payment

Name of company/service: Probots Techno Solutions

I had purchased two nos. force sensor from Probots Techno Solutions on 21.03.13 by online wire transfer.

After that I mailed to their official mail address ([email protected]) regarding purchased detail with confirm payment details.

Then they informed me, they received payment and item would be dispatched shortly.

But still now no delivery is made. I mailed several time, but no response. Then call their mobile no. 090 08 620582, but call not receiving.
