I am the proprietor of Amul Franchise, my ice cream parlour is in Naigaon East Vasai Thane dist, i had purchased a deep freezer of Voltas in the month of July 2012 and the inauguration of my shop was done on 8th Sep 2012, within that month the deep freezer failed and i lost my ice cream products which due to the failure of this machine, i complained to the distributor and he sent a technician to fix it, the compressor was replaced, within 1 month again there was a problem and technicians kept coming to fix that machine, so far it has failed 6 times, i requested the company to get the freezer replaced, since it was not working from the beginning, it is a defective machine, but the distributor gave deaf year to my plea and just gave me some contact numbers for Voltas, i put my complaint in front of most of the Voltas sales person and service manager, its been more then a month for my last complaint and until now there has been no response from their end and no replacement of my machine has been done, i request to please look into this matter and solve my problem, i have no spare freezer so i can store my product and i am losing business due to Voltas customer service satisfaction, and without a replacement. please help.
