Sir,
I had Ordered a Micro SD card at Naaptol Online Shopping, paying Rs.199/-.
Order Number. 6158816
I had received the item of Order Number. 6158816 on 26th Mar’2013
But, the same was not with original packaged and the same is defective.
I had complained online regarding the same on 28th Mar’2013 and thereafter saveral times I had contacted them over E-mail ([email protected]; [email protected]) for replacement.
I had requested them to send another correct item at my address (mentioned in order no – 6158816) and I assured to return the defective item after receiving the replacement.
I had given another option them too. I had requested them to provide a discount voucher for Rs.199/-, which I can use for ordering any item of same value (Rs.199/-) or more.
But, I did not have got any revart from them.
They want back the defective product first. And after receiving of that defective product, thay will decide for refund or replacement.
How can I trust on this kind of organization?
Requesting you to help me for refund or replacement.
