I have recently ported my fone from aircel to vodafone and want to make my number postapid, despite of giving all the details, documents and money required around 15 days back, no action has been taken yet. The are giving an excuse of negative verification, but the truth is one of the two verification needed to be done, has not been done yet and the other has been at the wrong address. I have gone to the Vodafone Store on the MG Road 5 times but they are not taking any action they are either giving me promises or giving excuses every time. This is not only the with me, I have meet at least 4 -5 people who are facing the same problem. I request you to take necessary action so that these companies take their job seriously and value our time.
