8 year old number permanently blocked

I was using my vodafone postpaid number 9999006578 from last 8 years.After 8 years i shifted (number portability) to Airtel Postpaid. Four months ago i converted my number from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid. I submitted all my relevant documents in Airtel Customer care office in Sahara Mall Gurgaon. On 7/08/12 they disconnected my number without giving any notice. When i went to their office in Sahara Mall Gurgaon they told me that your number is permanently disconnected due to non submission of documents. I am using this number from last 8 years and in all my documents i have given this number as reference number.Moreover i have submitted my documents to them and my number got disconnected due to mistake of Employees working at sahara mall and when i am using my number from last 8 years then what i problem in verification. Due to non responsibility of employees at sahara mall i am facing lots of losses.
