faulty hardware provided by the company

I purchased samsung Wave 2 S8530 mobile phone on 7th Aug 2011. I was experiencing lot of problems in my phone because it was getting switched off automatically. I went to bangalore service centre located in Jayanagar 7th block. There i found that the motherboard provided by the company is having hand soldering areas on the board. The service centre people said that the phone was opened by any third party and they might have done this soldering on the board. I explained them that why i will go to some other place if my phone is under warranty. And i am using the phone from first day onwards and has never gone to any third party fo any type of service. The service centre people asked me to escalate the issue to samsung customer services , i spoke to the executive and they are also giving me the same reply as the service centre people that the phone is opened by any third party. I said them the same thing saying my phone is in warranty and why i will go to some other place if i will encounter any issue.

They are not ready to change the board after providing me the faulty hardware . Please let me know how to proceed further.
