Touch screen of my micromax A 117 (White) had gone faulty about 25 days back. I had visited your service center at sector 22, Noida, M/s Galore Services and I was told to submit my phone for 15 days. I really don’t understand what they do for 15 days. However, I submitted my phone at the service center and waited for 15 days. But I could get my phone back on the 18th day from submission. I checked the touch and finding it okay, I received my phone.
On coming home, after checking thoroughly I found all data of my phone was erased, without asking me. I lost all my important contacts and messages. Sound controller key was not working, camera was not working. So next day I again had to visit your service center for the new problems. They took about 2 hours in the late evening and at about 7:30 pm they told me to come next day for the rectification of camera. I was bewildered, is this the kind of your service?
Anyway I went again to your service center for camera repairing. This time I got a reply that, they don’t have the spare camera and told me to come on Monday (10/11/14). One guy gave me his mobile number to contact him. Today I called his number to know whether I should come to service center or not. He received my call on 4th ring and recognized me. But instead of telling yes or no, he told that he will call me back. I didn’t receive his call. So I messaged him twice asking whether I should come or not? To the worst of my experience, I didn’t get any reply.
However, as was told to me, I reached to the service center direct from my office. At service center, I got much enraged by hearing that my phone’s camera can’t be repaired today. What a torture it is! I could have been told this on phone too. I gave the ACS owner a call from his service center on but my call wasn’t received by him. The way service center guy was talking to me was just intolerable, that too with such a worst kind of service. Then I gave a call on your toll free number in a great rage to brief you my experience and there also, I got the reply that the service is closed now (18:30).
Now, I don’t rely even a bit on this Galore services. I want a firm reply from you ASAP when my phone would get rectified? My phone is still in warranty period and this last 27 days of my life with your service center was a hell of experience for me.
I didn’t get any reply from the Micromax to my above complaint to them. When I talked on their customer care number, they tell that they can’t do anything. They even didn’t confirm me whether my complaint has been received by them or not. So, if you buy a Micromax item, no one will be there to attend your complaint or any sort of problem. They have no any responsibility, after they sold their product.
