No Repayment of GATE 2015 Application form fee

I and 5 of my friends filled up form for gate 2015.
We had to do 6 transactions for 6 members.
But 8 transactions have been done.
There has been a addition of 2 transactions.
Its been 1 month the amount has not been deposited into my account back. I am contacting IIT KANPUR through emails,calls but there hasn’t been any response from their side.
