Neglegence in Customer Support/Service

Location/place: Bhubaneswar

Name of company/service: Cooler Master

I bought a Cooler Master Slim Notebook Cooling Pad ‘Notepal L1’ in the month of December from a online shopping site “Flipkart”
It costed around Rs. 900.
The product has a warranty on 1 year.
After 5 months it stopped working.
I tried to contact them for redressal but after complaining for two times on their complaint page, still I was not contacted.
I want them to replace the product or at least repair it.
