Misleading Information & Fraud

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I am a Vodafone service user, because of my mistake SMS GYAN SERVICE was activated, they have deducted money but I haven’t received any SMS from them except the opening of the service and closing of the service. Today, they had deducted funds of Rs.15 from my balance and when I called them, they told me that you are getting SMSs everyday. I asked them to check what SMS you have send related to this service they don’t have any answer and disconnected the call. If any solution please contact me at 9711240146
