i orderd a videocon mobile on 17/04/2013
they have policy to ship order in 7 to 8 days , but they ship my order on 18/05/2013 , means one month late
they deliver me a used and seal opend article
and when i return this article they told me that they can only give 870 rs in cash and rest in my wallet
i can’t understand whats going on
please resolve it fast
