On 22nd of july 2012 I ordered a symphony kaizen jr air cooler online in naaptol via my credit card.
On 29th july I again called them to take an update,then they told me that the product is still in progress and not delivered.Then I told them to cancel the order.The executive said that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded within 7 days. On 30th july I got a mail/Sms that the product has been shiiped through blue dart surface all india.When I tried to track my item on blue dart website,I found that there was no item shipped.Call me on 9999190181 for details.
